储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

The Forkhead Box (Fox) proteins are an extensive family of transcription factors that share homology in the winged helix DNA-binding domain and the members of which play essential roles in a diverse range of developmental processes as well as cellular proliferation, differentiation, and longevity. The Fox factors are especially important in the establishment of the body axis and the development of tissues from all three germ layers. FOXM1 is also overexpressed in many human cancers and has a role in tumorigenesis.

Function:
Transcriptional factor regulating the expression of cell cycle genes essential for DNA replication and mitosis. Plays a role in the control of cell proliferation. Plays also a role in DNA breaks repair participating in the DNA damage checkpoint response.

Subcellular Location:
Nucleus.
