储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

2） 可在温和的洗脱液环境中，其结合、洗涤及洗脱步骤不会对蛋白结构产生影响。 3） DYKDDDDK标签比普通（Tag）要小得多，经纯化后的蛋白可直接进行下游操作。可用于任何表达系统（包括： 细菌，杆状病毒和哺乳动物）
4） DYKDDDDK8肽标签在生理溶液pH下不带电荷，其标签不会干涉重组蛋白的结构和功能，不会影响蛋白分泌
5） DYKDDDDK8肽标签免疫原性差，重组蛋白可以不必除去标签而直接作为抗原进行免疫。
