储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-E.coli 
大肠细菌（E. coli）,一种分裂速度很快的细菌,为大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)、代表菌。一般多不致病，为人和动物肠道中的常居菌，在一定条件下可引起肠道外感染。某些血清型菌株的致病性强，引起腹泻，统称病致病大肠杆菌；
大小0.4～0.7×1～3um,无芽胞,大多数菌株有动力。有普通菌毛与性菌毛，有些菌株有多糖类包膜，革兰氏阴性杆菌。
肠致病性大肠杆菌O是引起旅游者腹泻和发展中国家婴幼儿急性腹泻的病原菌。主要通过食入污染的食物和水而感染。临床表现主要有恶心、腹部痉挛疼痛，低热和突然发作、大量的水样便等 
肠致病性大肠杆菌（enteropathogenic E．coli，EPEC）腹泻为大肠杆菌性腹泻中zui常见者，尤其在婴儿，呈流行或散发性发病。健康人群带菌率约1．2％～4％。
