保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

CEBP gamma is a transcription factor that binds to the enhancer element PRE-I (positive regulatory element-I) of the IL-4 gene. It might change the DNA-binding specificity of other transcription factors and recruit them to unusual DNA sites.

Function:
Transcription factor that binds to the promoter and the enhancer of the immunoglobulin heavy chain. Binds to GPE1, a cis-acting element in the G-CSF gene promoter.

Subunit:
Binds DNA as a dimer and can form stable heterodimers with C/EBP alpha and beta. Interacts with ZNF638; this interaction increases transcriptional activation.

Subcellular Location:
Nucleus.

Tissue Specificity:
Ubiquitous.

Similarity:
Belongs to the bZIP family. C/EBP subfamily.
Contains 1 bZIP (basic-leucine zipper) domain.
