保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Isoform 1: Cytoplasmic vesicle, secretory vesicle membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Secreted. Note=Associated with the secretory granule membrane through direct binding to lipid rafts in intragranular conditions.
soform 2: Nucleus.

Tissue Specificity:
Isoform 2, but not isoform 1, is overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (at protein level), as well as in other tumors, including pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas.

Similarity:
Belongs to the peptidase M14 family.
