储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 background:
CEP97 collaborates with CEP110 and is involved in the suppression of a cilia assembly program. It is required for correct spindle formation and has a role in cytokinesis. It is required for recruitment of CEP110 to the centrosome.

Function:
Acts as a key negative regulator of ciliogenesis in collaboration with CCP110 by capping the mother centriole thereby preventing cilia formation. Required for recruitment of CCP110 to the centrosome. 

Subunit:
Interacts with CALM1, CEP76 and CCP110. Via its interaction with CCP110, may indirectly interact with HERC2 and NEURL4. Interacts with KIF24.

Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, centrosome.
