保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 background:
p18 INK4c is a specific inhibitor of cdk4 / cdk6 (it interacts strongly with CDK6 and weakly with CDK4), and is expressed during G1 to S transition in the eukaryotic cell division cycle. It is maximally induced as cells enter S phase. Highest expression levels are found in skeletal muscle, but it is also found in the pancreas and heart.

Function:
Interacts strongly with CDK6, weakly with CDK4. Inhibits cell growth and proliferation with a correlated dependence on endogenous retinoblastoma protein RB. 

Subunit:
Heterodimer of p18 with CDK6. 

Tissue Specificity:
Highest levels found in skeletal muscle. Also found in pancreas and heart. 

Similarity:
Belongs to the CDKN2 cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor family.
Contains 4 ANK repeats.
